Nigerians have taken to microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter) to call out the Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Social Media, Dada Olusegun.

It was gathered that Olusegun was called out on the social media after he threatened to file a lawsuit against certain persons who released his phone number.

He had written, “Releasing my phone number online is not going to stop me from calling on all the right-minded people to desist from allowing these opportunists from burning our nation to the ground. All your curses and threats don’t matter. As long as our country doesn’t burn, it doesn’t matter.”

Following his comment, screenshots of his old tweets where he allegedly disclosed the phone number of ex-president, Goodluck Jonathan in 2012 were released.

Olusegun, in another post, released the phone number of the then National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Adamu Muazu, and asked Nigerians to bombard him with messages.

He wrote, “Cc @Muazuaa @Lord Puzo: This is the phone number of PDP National Chairman, Adamu Muazu (08072351551), bombard him with messages. #Justice4Koro”

Nigerians, in their reaction to his old post, wrote:

While Rinu is being bashed by APC sympathizers for posting @DOlusegun’s line, Here is a tweet from Dada Olusegun posting a sitting presidents phone number.

Like I have always said there is nothing anyone is doing today that has not been done even worse by the APC! Shame! pic.twitter.com/fkCI38nwVa
