We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist/Front Desk Officer to join our team in Omole Phase 1, Berger-Ogba. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing room bookings, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
Requirements:
– 1-3 years of experience in receptionist, customer service, or front desk roles, preferably within the hotel industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
