We are seeking an experienced IT / Social Media Officer to join our team at Mulligan Hotel in Sabo-Yaba, Lagos. As an IT / Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our hotel’s IT systems, as well as developing and implementing our social media strategy.
Responsibilities:_
– Manage and maintain hotel IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
– Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support to staff
– Develop and implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
– Create and curate content for social media platforms
– Analyze social media metrics and report on performance
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximum impact
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Information Technologies, or substantial working experience within relevant fields and have obtained and maintained relevant certificates
– Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the ICT technical field
– Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce reports and present solutions
– Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
– Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and networks
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
