Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has warned that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s policies, which he views as unfavourable to the public, might undermine his chances of re-election in 2027.

The governor criticized the Tinubu-led All Progressives Congress (APC) administration, claiming it has been implementing policies detrimental to the welfare of the masses.

Governor Mohammed stated that the president’s speech failed to address the country’s current realities, highlighting a significant disconnect between the government and the citizens.

He urged President Tinubu to reconsider his policies, which he believes are ineffective, and warned that the PDP will dominate and win the 2027 election if he continues in this manner.

“If he continues in this manner, in 2027, I will invite him to be our campaign director, as the PDP will dominate and we will win due to his self-inflicted injury.
