Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has inaugurated two housing projects in Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area (LCDA). The projects, Raymond Estate and Sterling Heights, comprise 170 units of apartments and houses.
Sanwo-Olu praised the council chairman, Hon. Dele Oshinowo, for his accountability and transparency in governance.
He noted that the projects have bridged the housing deficit in the area and provided decent accommodation for 170 families.
The governor emphasized that the projects demonstrate the effectiveness of local government autonomy in Lagos. He commended Oshinowo for regenerating an ungoverned space and reversing a liability into an asset.
Sanwo-Olu reiterated his administration’s commitment to ensuring irreversible development in housing, healthcare, education, tourism, public transportation, and infrastructure.
