A video showing petty theft in Lagos traffic just surfaced.
In the video, vehicles can be seen stuck in a sluggish flow of traffic when suddenly a man walks briskly to the window seat of a bus and grabs a phone from a commuter.
The man sprinted away immediately after snatching the phone, and there were no shouts or frantic reactions.
The video seems to have been taken by a dashcam, as the development did not seem to drum up reactions from the passengers of the car that recorded this incident.
