Edo State Police Command has confirmed the kidnap of students and lecturer at the National Institute of Construction Technology, Uromi, Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bello Kontongs, who confirmed the incident, said the police were on the trail of the gunmen.

The gunmen had stormed the school on Wednesday night and abducted two students and a lecturer.
The kidnappers are yet to make contact with the school authorities or the family of those abducted.
