Nigeria’s premier university, University of Ibadan, has reportedly lost three professors to COVID-19 in one month.
Franktalknow learnt that the three professors were very Senior Professors close to their 70s.
It was also gathered that two of the profs died within days. Sources said one reportedly died on Sunday, while another died on Tuesday of the same week.

The three professors were Prof David Olaleye of the Virology Department, Prof Ologbobo of the Agric department and Prof Bankole Oke fof the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
The university’s Director of Public Communication, Mr. Olatunji Oladejo, confirmed the death.
While sources claimed the the three professors were fully vaccinated and had two doses of the Covod-19 vaccine, Oladejo said he could not confirm this.
