The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has announced that it will join the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) in its strike, which is scheduled to begin on October 3, 2023.
In a statement signed by ASUU National President, Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke, the union said that it is planning a “total and suffocating strike” to protest the Federal Government’s failure to meet its demands.
