Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has reached an agreement to leave Arsenal and join Barcelona, according to Marca.
The agreement was reached late on Monday night that will see the Gabon international join the Blaugrana on a free transfer.
For this reason, Barcelona were not obliged to register the 32-year-old striker by midnight on deadline day, when the January transfer window comes to an end.
The three parties reached an agreement after several hours of negotiations, with Barcelona president Joan Laporta and Aubameyang leaving the club’s premises at 00:35 CET (23:35 GMT).
Barcelona had managed to strike a deal with the player in advance and Aubameyang then arrived in Barcelona at noon on Monday to finalise the last details.
