Bill Gates has appeared at the ‘billionaire summer camp’ he used to take Melinda to with his new girlfriend.

The Microsoft founder was spotted out and about with Paula Hurd at the Sun Valley Conference in Idaho on Wednesday.

The software mogul walked across the campus with a file under his arm that had Mark Zuckerberg‘s name written on it

Later in the evening he was spotted enjoying a meal with her and two friends as they looked at pictures from throughout the day.

It comes five months after DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Gates, 67, was dating Hurd, 60, after they appeared at the Australian Open in Melbourne together.

And it marks nearly two years since the philanthropist and Melinda divorced after 27 years of marriage.

Pictures showed Gates and Hurd smiling as they strolled across Sun Valley Conference on Wednesday afternoon.

The billionaire held hands with his new girlfriend as she tried to take a coat off to enjoy the Idaho sun.

He was carrying a yellow folder under his arm with the title: ‘Sun Valley. July 12-14, 2023.’

Some of the documents appeared to stick out from the file, with visible notes saying ‘upstream words’, ‘pitch clock’ and ‘baseshift’.

Another page of notes appeared to have a speakers list on it, with ‘Mark Zuckerberg’ clearly among them.

Also spotted at the day event was Michael Larson, who is the chief investment officer for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

In the evening Gates and Hurd were spotted dining with two friends as the sun began to set.

Hurd was spotted scrolling through pictures on her cellphone and showing their guests, who smiled and nodded.

Meanwhile Gates appeared to be discussing business, with the female friend looking serious and shaking her head as he spoke.

They all appeared to be drinking iced water with lemon as they hung out with light music playing in the background.

Another clip showed the pair talking to a waitress who came to check on them, where they appeared to tell her they were not ordering food.

Hurd is the widow of former Oracle co-CEO and president Mark Hurd, who died at the age of 62 in 2019 after a reported battle with cancer.

Her late husband, who spent most of his career at tech company NCR and later Hewlett-Packard before joining Oracle in 2010, had an estimated net worth of $500million at the time of his death.

It comes after Gates and his ex put on a rare show of unity when they came together to celebrate their daughter Jennifer’s graduation from Columbia University.

Jennifer, 27, received her master’s degree in public health this week, and her billionaire parents came together to support her – two years after they split.

The graduation ceremony is one of only a handful of occasions they have been seen together since their divorce was announced.

In February this year, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Gates and Hurd were dating.

The pair were seen watching the Men’s Singles Final together at the Australian Open in Melbourne during a trip Down Under, and they also traveled up to Sydney where the billionaire met with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.

Gates and Hurd took the opportunity to take a romantic stroll around the city as they stopped to admire the panoramic views of the harbor and check out the famed Opera House.

Photos of the two taking in the sights were published at the time, but Hurd had not been identified.

Prior to Hurd, Gates had a very checkered love life – from an ‘inappropriate’ relationship with staffer that sparked sexual harassment probe at Microsoft to claims Jeffrey Epstein tried to ‘extort’ him over an affair with Russian bridge player.

The revelation about Gates’ fling with Russian bridge player Mila Antonova – and Eptein’s attempts to use it against the Microsoft billionaire – emerged in May.

Gates, a self-confessed bridge buff, met Antonova in around 2010, when she was in her 20’s and he was around three decades her senior.

The couple played bridge together as Antonova held ambitions of launching an online bridge school.

She was introduced to Epstein three years later in 2013 by Gates’ scientific advisor, Boris Nikolic.

Antonova sought Epstein’s financial backing for the bridge project but he did not invest.

Antonova said in 2010 that she ‘didn’t beat’ Gates at bridge but ‘tried to kick him with my leg’.

While the extent of their affair isn’t clear, Gates’ spokeswoman has acknowledged that ‘Epstein tried unsuccessfully to leverage a past relationship to threaten Mr. Gates’.

A single picture of Gates with Antonova has surfaced amid reports of their relationship.

Gates, dressed typically casual in a blue jacket and polo shirt, has an arm round the glamorous young Russian, who’s wearing a dress and her hair held up in a band.

Epstein reportedly learned of the affair and alluded to it in an email to Gates in 2017 – hinting that he could expose it.

The disgraced financier wanted Gates to invest in a multi-billion dollar charitable fund and sent the email as he attempted to secure his backing.

Gates’ affair with a female Microsoft employee in 2000 came to light two decades later – after the woman reported it to the company’s board and an investigation was launched.

Gates had stepped down as CEO in 2000 but remained a member of the board. He quit the board suddenly in 2020 while the investigation into the affair, which was launched in 2019, was still underway.

His spokeswoman confirmed the affair but said his departure wasn’t linked to it.

The woman involved in the ‘intimate relationship’ has never been identified.

It emerged just weeks after Bill and Melinda Gates made the shock announcement of their split in May 2021 and the divorce was sealed in August of that year.

Their initial announcement was followed by a flurry of reports about Gates’ approaches to employees at Microsoft, details of his 2000 affair and scrutiny of his relationship with Epstein.

Melinda has since detailed the ‘unbelievably painful’ split but said she ‘just couldn’t stay in that marriage anymore’.

But she has insisted Gates’ affair had nothing to do with the divorce.
