A three-story building has collapsed at Oye Sonuga Street opposite Oye roundabout on Isolo Road, Mushin, Lagos.
The structure is located between a four-building block of several flats, the National Emergency Management Agency said.
Franktalknow learnt also that the building was being used as a nightclub.
The collapsed building was said to have started caving in from the underground of the building.
Many people are trapped in the building and efforts to confirm the rescue of an adult and a child by community members before the arrival of responders can not be confirmed by NEMA and the Divisional Police Officer.
Meanwhile, search and rescue operations are ongoing.
