The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has barred the use of phones and other gadgets including laptops inside the courtroom with effect from Monday, May 22.

A boldly printed notice was pasted on the three entrances leading into the courtroom, with many lawyers expressing dismay over such directive.

The secretary to the Presidential Election Petition Court, Josephine Ekperobe has told all the lawyers and journalists waiting to access the courtroom to comply with the instruction.
