There’s palpable apprehension in the Court of Appeal in Cotonou where the Yoruba nation agitator Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho is about to face trial.
Although he has been brought to the court and kept in a room since 7am, his trial is yet to start as at 11.55am.
His supporters have besieged the court waiting for the proceedings to commence.

His wife, Ropo, and hundreds of supporters, including some Yoruba traditional rulers, are filled with anxiety over fears of his extradition to Nigeria.
