The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Sen Abdullahi Adamu says Governor of Ondo State, Mr Rotimi Akeredolu, is in a state of ”extreme incapacity” and hospitalised.
Adamu revealed this on Monday in Abuja during a meeting with state APC chairmen and secretaries across the country.
The governor had embarked on a month medical leave abroad. H however extended his medical vacation indefinitely via a letter to the Ondo State House of Assembly in July.

In the letter to the House, he directed that the Deputy Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, should continue to act as governor until otherwise directed.
Adamu said: “We regret to announce the extreme incapacity of the Governor of Ondo State, who we understand has been hospitalised overseas.
“We wish and pray for him for a speedy recovery.”
