The US Dollar to Nigerian Naira at the black market (parallel market) today, 2nd October trades at N1003/$1.
This is according to BDC operators in Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan.
The market buys at N988 to close at N1003.
Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) made this disclosure in a communiqué issued at the end of its latest meeting contained in a statement by the Director, Press and Public Relations, Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF), Bawa Mowa, on Friday.
According to the Committee, the August Allocation showed an increase of N133.991 billion over the N966.110 billion shared in the preceding month of July.
