The phones, containing the A15 Bionic chip, have smaller notches, improved cameras, and a new Cinematic mode which brings Hollywood-style rack focus to the videos you shoot.

According to Apple, the devices will also see improved battery performance above their previous versions.

Apple Watch 7

Apple’s hit Watch series gets another upgrade with the release of the Apple Watch 7.

The watch has a bigger, brighter display touted to be crack-resistant, and will also charge faster. The battery life will, however, not be improving over the previous model.

The watch will cost $399 (N164,000).

iPad

The tech company announced two new products in its tablet lineup.

iPad 9: Apple released yet another refresh for its best-selling iPad. The budget-friendly tablet has received yearly updates since its reboot in 2017.

It has an A13 Bionic processor, an improved 12MP front camera and arrives at the same price as its predecessors, $329 (N136,000)

iPad mini 6: Apple finally updated its smallest iPad for the first time since 2019, giving it a revamped look that brings it closer in design to the rest of the high-end tablet line-up.

The new mini-tablet comes with a new edge-to-edge display, Touch ID button similar to the one Apple introduced with the iPad Air, and Center Stage video and Apple Pencil support.

It will cost $499 (N206,000)

*Note that all Naira prices are based on the equivalent of the dollar price according to the official exchange rate. Along with the shipping and retail costs, the devices will likely cost more than stipulated.
