A church building, Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Warri in Delta State was gutted by fire and the church pastor, Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, said that God informed him ahead of the incident.
The church was reportedly gutted by fire on Tuesday and the general overseer and founder of the church stated that the explosion was orchestrated by God.
“God told me this thing is coming”, the pastor spoke with newsmen in a shocking reaction to the incident.
He said, “God’s anger over my disobedience to the instruction may have led to the inferno that destroyed several properties in the church.
“If I was not expecting this incident before, I would have asked God questions. God told me this thing is coming.
“The Lord had told me, Go and build my house. Where you are using currently is not a church house, it is just a partner house”.
Prophet Fufeyin said his lackadaisical attitude towards the instructions angered God to destroy the auditorium, stating however that he is now ready to build the church.
