The Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Dauda Ali Biu, has taken a strong stance against the incivility displayed by a patrol team towards a motorist, as captured on camera within the Egbeda Unit Command general operational area.
In response, he has immediately ordered the recall of the offending patrol team.
Assistant Corps Marshal Bisi Kazeem, the Corps Public Education Officer of the FRSC, made this announcement on behalf of the Corps Marshal at the headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday.

He said the recorded incident, which showed behaviour that goes against the FRSC’s standard operating procedures for officers on patrol duty, has prompted the Corps Marshal to initiate a thorough investigation.
He explained that the Corps Intelligence Office and the Corps Provost Office have been instructed to conduct a comprehensive inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the officer’s misconduct.
Emphasising that the FRSC is an ISO certified organisation that upholds strict discipline and service standards, the Corps Marshal stressed that any necessary disciplinary measures will be taken to ensure accountability.
