A student of the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, has reportedly resorted to riding a donkey to school as transport fares have skyrocketed following the removal of fuel subsidy.
Recall that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had on Monday,May 29, 2023, during his inaugural speech announced that the end of fuel subsidy has come.
