Gov. Abiodun in a statement released in Abeokuta by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Kunle Somorin, described Mama Oluomo as a strict disciplinarian, devout Muslim and a woman of impeccable character who raised her children in a Godly way. She was a source of strength to the family and those she came in contact with during her life time.

“Mama was a rare gem, a supportive wife, a loving mother who would stop at nothing to ensure the welfare of her children, members of her immediate community and society at large.
