Gulder Ultimate Search 12: First 16 Contestants Revealed [See Photos]

The identity of the first sixteen contestants for the Gulder Ultimate Search season 12 has been revealed.

The Nigerian citizens would be thrown into an adventure for days in a bid to battle for a whooping ₦50 million grand prizes at the end of the show.

Frank talk Now reports that the contestants were unveiled at the selection party on Sunday night in Lagos.

The new season of the adventurous, yet educative and entertaining show which was paused in 2014, will be now be hosted by Gideon Okeke.

While only 16 contestants were announced by the organizers, two more contestants are expected to be added. The two will emerge from votes by fans within the next 24hour.

Fans are expected to vote in two more contestants from the remaining four finalists in 24 hours

2010 winner and popular actor, Kunle Remi will be assuming the role of the taskmaster.


The organisers had noted 20 candidates advanced to the final selection stage of GUS 12 – ‘The Age of Craftsmanship’ after a series of regional screenings in Abuja, Enugu and Lagos and Sea School screening in Lagos.

The contestants will be in the jungle to struggle against themselves and nature in their search for the hidden treasure that brings instant fame and fortune to the last person standing.
