According to Clari Green, the Company’s Group Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Heirs Holdings has built a solid reputation over its thirteen years of existence by consistently creating value and advancing Africa’s socio-economic agenda.

 

Key milestones highlighted in the commercial include the acquisition of Transcorp in 2011, leading to exponential growth in the power sector, and the establishment of Avon Healthcare Limited, impacting over 230,000 lives through exceptional healthcare services.

 

Furthermore, the Tony Elumelu Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Heirs Holdings, has surpassed its initial goal of supporting 10,000 African entrepreneurs by directly funding 20,000 entrepreneurs and providing training to over 1.5 million young Africans.

 

In 2021, Heirs Holdings made headlines with the acquisition of OML17, marking the largest oil and gas transaction in Africa for the year.

 

As the year 2024 unfolds, Heirs Holdings continues its trajectory of success, with its Nigerian Exchange (NGX) listed investee companies reaching a market capitalization of N2.4 trillion.
