Many times, people have condemned polygamous marriage without knowing it comes with its perks. We tend to look at the negative side of it which is usually chaos between the wives and the resources to cater for the family.
But this Nigerian man called Babangida Sodiq Adamu is here to tell us the perks of been married to two wives.
According to the video released by BBC News Africa Pidgin, he was interviewed on why he decided to marry two wives. Not just marrying two wives but marrying them on the same day.

Babangida thus explained why he did so.
This 37 years old said that you won’t understand the feeling when you wake up in the morning and realise that two beautiful women dearly love you and are willing to care for you. They take turns cooking and fed him. Everything he receives comes double.
He said men who married one wife doesn’t enjoy such privileges.

Mr Babangida Sodiq Adamu also said that are spiritual and physical blessings attached to marrying more than a wife. Even Quran encourages it, provided you have the resources.
The women were not left out in the interview. Miriam, the 28 years old Business Administration graduate said she was the first to be proposed to but when he told her of his intention of proposing to another she felt somehow at first but she later agreed.
Memuna Mohmoud, 26 years old graduate of economics, also felt somehow when Babangida told her that he would wed both of them on the same day.
But she later agreed since it’s allowed in Islam and he is someone he loves.
Babangida advised men to marry more wives instead of settling for one as it will reduce engaging in anything that has to do with side- chick.
