Identity of passenger forcibly removed from Ibom Air flight unveiled

The identity of a passenger forcibly removed from an Ibom Air flight over unruly behaviour has been unveiled.

The man reportedly shouted on the airplane that on no account should the President-elect, Bola Tinubu be sworn in as the Nigerian leader.

His strange behaviour attracted the attention of other passengers and flight attendants who called in some security personnel that forcibly removed him from the plane.

As the man struggled with the security men, he kept on shouting that ‘Obidients’ were looking at him being manhandled in the plane.

However, the man has been identified as Barrister Obiajulu Uja. It was also alleged that the same man was the one that claimed he was attacked for wearing a particular party’s shirt in Imo State before the presidential election.

Information gathered from Twitter reveals that he was in the legal department of a bank in Okota, Lagos before he was moved to the Marketing Department but currently out of the banking system.

He was said to have studied Law at the University of Lagos and attended the law school in Abuja.

However, FTN’s efforts to confirm this information from security agencies yielded no fruit as of the time of filing this report.
