Ilaro Poly Student Clinches Victory In National Engineering Students Project Competition

Victor Adeyemo, a student representing the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, emerged as the top performer in the 4th National Students Project Competition held in Abuja.

Adeyemo’s project, titled “Design and Construction of Pet Shredder,” was recognized as the standout entry among submissions from various polytechnics across Nigeria. Organized by the Committee of Deans of Polytechnics and Colleges of Technology in Nigeria, the competition aims to identify and promote technological innovations in polytechnic and college circles across the country.

Dr. Mikhail Aremu Akinde FCA, the Rector of the Polytechnic, conveyed his congratulations to Victor Adeyemo for this accomplishment. It is noted that Urenye Tunde Godstime of Delta State Polytechnic secured the second position, while Akpan Israel Victor of Akwa Ibom Polytechnic claimed the third position.
