The campaign council of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate in the Kogi State election, Dino Melaye has debunked reports that the former Senator has withdrawn from the race.

The Dino/Deen campaign council noted that a bulk SMS is making the rounds, claiming that Melaye has withdrawn from the race due to a loss of confidence in the electoral process.

However, a statement made available to Naija News by the spokesperson of the campaign council, Barrister Omoyemi Gold Olumudi said Melaye is still very much in the race.
