Lagos State Examinations Board has announced new dates for the conduct of its 2020 entrance examination/screening test into its model colleges/upgraded junior secondary schools and Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
A statement signed by Mr. Supo Gbadegesin for the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, indicated that Computer Based Testing (CBT) Version of Screening Test will hold between Saturday 26th – Wednesday 30th September, 2020 at the Lagos State Examinations Board by 9.00 am daily.
It added that Paper Pencil Testing (PPT) Version of Screening Test will hold on Saturday 3rd October, 2020 in the Six Education Districts of the State by 9.00am prompt while the Lagos State Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) will take place between Tuesday 6th – Monday 12th October, 2020 at all designated centres across the State by 9.00am daily.
It advised school principals to take cognizance of the prevailing situation of COVID 19 pandemic and adhere strictly to the laid down guidelines and protocols to prevent its spread.
The board also urged all duly registered candidates to revisit the Exams Board website to reprint their registration slips to ascertain their current centres.
