Lagos Examinations Board Opens Registration for 2024/2025 Academic Session Screening Test

The Lagos State Examinations Board has announced the commencement of registration for the Screening Test aimed at admitting Primary Six Pupils into the 16 State Model Colleges/Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools with Boarding Facilities for the upcoming 2024/2025 Academic Session.

 

The public announcement, signed by Adebayo Orunsolu, Director/Registrar of the Lagos State Examinations Board, was released on April 5th, 2024.

Both Primary Six Pupils from Public and Private Schools are eligible to seek admission into any of the 16 State Junior Model Colleges/Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools, including prominent institutions like Lagos State Junior Model College, Meiran, Badagry Junior Grammar School, and Government Junior College, Ikorodu, among others.

The Entrance Examination will be conducted exclusively through Computer Based Test (CBT) format. To assist parents/guardians in registering their children/wards, the Lagos State Examinations Board will be available at various locations from Monday, April 8th to Friday, April 12th, 2024.

Some of the registration centers include The Secretariat, Alausa Ikeja, Abesan Comprehensive College, Alimosho, and Fagba Junior Grammar School, Ifako Ijaiye, among others.

The requirements for registration include one passport photograph with a blue or red background and the bio-data of the candidate. Interested parties are encouraged to register online via the official portal: https://examsboard.lagosstate.gov.ng, following the guidelines outlined under the “SCREENING TEST” section.
