Catholic priest, and spiritual director of Adoration Ministry Enugu, Rev. Fr Ejike Mbaka has denied asking anyone to vote for President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2015 general elections, IgbereTV reports.

He claimed that he only declared a revelation he received, about Buhari becoming President in 2015.

Mbaka who said this in his 2022 new year message also raised an alarm of a plot to kill him after a row with the Catholic Diocese of Enugu in May last year.

This came after the Catholic Priest who was known as an ardent supporter of President Muhammadu Buhari, asked the President to resign or be impeached for “bad governance”.

In response, the Presidency alleged that Mbaka was angry because his request for government contracts was rebuffed.
