This morning, Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan took to twitter to disclose that he met with the stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress from Yobe State. He also noted that the Vice presidential candidate of the party, Kashim Shettima was in attendance.
However, in the tweet, he addressed Kashim Shettima, who is the running mate to Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, as the actual flag bearer of the party’s presidential ticket.
His address to Kashim Shettima as APC presidential candidate has garnered mixed reactions from Nigerians.
As he is yet to make the correction, if his tweet was a mistake at the time of filling this report, Nigerians are beginning to doubt if Bola Ahmed Tinubu is still the official presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress.
