The National Examinations Council (NECO) has announced the postponement of the 2020 common entrance examination into the 104 unity schools in the country due to the Corona Virus outbreak. The examination was formerly slated for Saturday, March, 28, 2020.
The Head,
Information and Public Relations Division at NECO, Azees Sani, made this known in a statement released in Abuja.
The announcement was made few hours after the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) suspended all its services nationwide in order to curtail the spread of the virus.
The statement however clarified that registration continued despite the postponement of the examination.
