Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen suffered an injury to his head, as they lost 3-2 to Inter Milan on Sunday.
Osimhen was replaced by Andrea Petagna four minutes before the hour mark, as Luciano Spalletti’s men lost their first Serie A match of the 2021/2022 season.
The Super Eagles frontman could not continue the game, following a clash of heads with Inter Milan defender, Skriniar.
Napoli took the lead in the 17th minute through Piotr Zielinski, but Hakan Calhanoglu levelled from the penalty spot eight minutes later.

Inter then took the lead before the break through Ivan Perisic and made it 3-1 after Joaquin Correa set up Lautaro Martinez.
Dries Mertens pulled one back with 12 minutes left on the clock.
Despite the defeat, Napoli are still top of the table and face Lazio next on November 28.
