Less than 72 hours to the conduct of Saturday’s governorship election in Ekiti State, there are unfounded reports that the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on Thursday has allegedly nullified the All Progressives Congress primaries that produced its candidate in the poll, Mr. Biodun Oyebamji.

The report which surfaced online early Thursday alleged that the court cited irregularities in the conduct of the primaries conducted to nominate Oyebamiji.

However, efforts by franktalknow to independently confirm the veracity of this report did not provide any proof to support the report.

Meanwhile, the APC in Ekiti State has said that Oyebamiji remains its candidate in this Saturday’s poll, urging its supporters to ignore any report to the contrary.
