Sacked vice chancellor  of the University of Lagos, Prof Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, has asked Mike Ozekhome (SAN) to file a suit on his behalf to challenge his removal from office.

The university’s Governing Council led by its Chairman, Wale Babalakin, had at an emergency meeting held in Abuja  on Wednesday removed Ogundipe as the VC. It later named Prof Omololu Soyombo as vice chancellor in acting capacity.
