Seun, the youngest son of legendary Afrobeats godfather, Fela Kuti, has spoken on why he slapped a police officer.
He was captured on camera slapping a police officer on official duty.
The incident was said to have occurred on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos in the late hours of Saturday.

The young Kuti shared his side of the story shortly after the footage went viral.
The musician claimed that the policeman attempted to kill him and his family, which was why he descended on him.
He said: “He tried to kill me and my family. have the proof but I no dey chase clout. He has apologised and I have agreed not to press charges. Make una mind una business make the poor guy no lose his job.”

Inspector General of Police Baba Alkali ordered the arrest of the singer on Saturday evening.
He also ordered speedy and full investigation into the remote and immediate cause(s) of the assault and prosecution of the suspect accordingly.
