Sunday Igboho says he doesn’t need donations from diaspora

Popular human rights activist Sunday Igboho has claimed he does not need monetary donations from people in diaspora to fight insecurity in the country’s Southwest region.

Igboho who has been earmarked as the savior of the Yoruba race made this known while speaking in a recent interview with PUNCH NG.

When asked if he needed donations to fuel his fight against insecurity in Yorubaland, stated that he doesn’t need such kind of money.

During the interview, he also spoke about the misunderstanding he had with the Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, over the quit notice he issued to Fulani herders in Igangan.

The activist said he can work in harmony with the governor as long as he recognizes the fact that residents of the state have the fundamental right to secure and protect their interests.
