Nigeria has been handed a big boost ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe with midfielder, Innocent Bonke returning to full training.

Bonke had missed the Super Eagles last two matches due to injury.

The Lorient of France star copped an injury in Nigeria’s 2-1 friendly defeat to Mexico last month.
