Air Vice Marshal Napoleon Bali (rtd) has won the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primaries for the Plateau South Senatorial District ticket in the 2023 election.
Bali, a one-time Chief of Policy and Plans (COPP) HQ NAF, scored 141 votes to defeat a former House of Representatives member, Hon. Johnbull Shekarau, who polled 61 votes.
DAILY POST reports revealed that Bali would be contesting against Governor Simon Lalong who is the sole aspirant of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
