President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Dr. Matthew Olumide Adepoju as the new Director General of the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA).
Adepoju, who previously served as the Director of Strategic Space Application at NASRDA, is a highly qualified individual with a strong background in space research and development.
According to a statement issued by Dr. Felix Ale, the Director of Media and Corporate Communications for NASRDA, Adepoju is a scholar with a Ph.D. in Geographical Information Science (GIS).

His research focuses on advancing the fields of space research and development, and his expertise has been recognized both nationally and internationally.
