VeryDarkMan (VDM), a social media activist, has apologized to Femi Falana, SAN, for disparaging remarks made against the prominent human rights lawyer.
VDM had previously criticized Falana’s alleged involvement in bribery accusations but later clarified his stance and expressed regret for any harm caused.
“I apologize to him. It’s so sad that his name was inside that audio. I couldn’t believe it as well. That’s the part that irritated me more, which is why I said I refuse to believe that he is a party to something like that,” VDM said while testifying before the House Committee on Bobrisky bribery allegations.
The apology comes amid ongoing investigations into bribery allegations involving Bobrisky, which have sparked widespread attention.
VDM’s clarification and apology aim to set the record straight and maintain the integrity of Falana’s reputation.
Falana has not publicly responded to the apology, but sources close to him indicate that he appreciates VDM’s gesture and commitment to truth.
