There was drama at the 9th Senate Valedictory Session on Saturday when Sen. Adamu Bulkachuwa revealed that his wife, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, the former President of the Court of Appeal, often obliged him when he was lobbied by some members of the 9th assembly to influence her decision.
Senator Adamu Bulkachuwa, the oldest Senator from Bauchi North made this revelation at the valedictory session while extending gratitude to his wife for her tolerance and acceptance of his undue encroachment.

This revelation was however cut short by the Senate President, Ahmed Lawan who noted that Bulkachuwa’s statement was ‘not a good idea’.
