Afrobeat sensation Davido recently endorsed a statement made by his junior colleague, Portable, on Twitter.
He quoted Portable’s popular statement, “Who go help you, no go stress you?” hinting at the the idea that someone genuinely willing to assist and improve your life should not subject you to stress. Portable popularized this saying in 2022, following his collaboration with Olamide.

While acknowledging his generosity and talent, she mentioned a specific incident where Davido did not greet her at an event, which left a lasting negative impression on her.
Also recall that some weeks back, the music industry had witnessed a positive interaction between rivals Davido and Wizkid. They were spotted hanging out on the beach, vibing to Wizkid’s hit song “Feel.”

Days later, Davido took to Twitter to promote Wizkid’s new single, encouraging fans to stream it. This unexpected support signaled a reconciliation between the two artists, quelling the notions of lingering animosity.
While some fans took to slamming Davido for trying to promote Wizkid’s songs, Davido, at the age of 31, expressed maturity by stating that he was too old for such beefs:
