The 30th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, on Saturday night, honoured the best achievements in film and television performances for the year 2023.

 

The SAG Awards took place at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles, California.

“Oppenheimer” was the big winner with three awards including Best Cast in a Motion Picture – giving it clear momentum heading into the Oscars on March 10.

Best male actor in a leading role: Cillian Murphy, “Oppenheimer”

 

Best female actor in a leading role: Lily Gladstone, “Killers of the Flower Moon”

 

Best male actor in a supporting role: Robert Downey, Jr., “Oppenheimer”

 

Best female actor in a supporting role: Da’Vine Joy Randolph, “The Holdovers”

 

Best stunt ensemble: “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One”

Best ensemble in a drama series: “Succession”

 

Best male actor in a drama series: Pedro Pascal, “The Last of Us”

 

Best female actor in a drama series: Elizabeth Debicki, “The Crown”

Best female actor in a limited series or TV movie: Ali Wong, “Beef”

 

Best television stunt ensemble: “The Last of Us”

 

The SAG Awards is the only televised awards ceremony to exclusively honour actors.

 

It presents 13 awards in TV and film. Voted on by SAG-AFTRA’s robust and diverse membership of 130,000+ performers, the SAG Awards has the largest voting body on the awards circuit.

 

Beloved for its style, simplicity, and genuine warmth, the show has become an industry favourite and one of awards season’s most prized honours since its debut in 1995.
