The unofficial exchange rate for the dollar to naira at the Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) stood at N1750 for buying and N1765 for selling on Saturday, 24th February 2024, as reported by sources at Bureau De Change (BDC).
It is important to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognize the parallel market and advises individuals to approach their respective banks for foreign exchange transactions.
Despite this, the black market continues to operate, offering different rates than the official channels.
