Damilola earned her master’s degree in Financial Economics with an outstanding 4.90 grade point average at the University of Opole, Poland (Uniwersytet Opolski).
Talking about her achievements in an interview with FUTA BRO, Damilola said though she bagged her bachelors degree with a second-class lower grade, she is glad to have had her foundation.
She mentioned that graduating with a low grade did not allow her to get a scholarship for her master’s degree.
However, she continued to apply, and fortunately, she received an acceptance from the University of Passau in Germany for a master’s program in Computational Mathematics.
Damilola said she had to take the classes online as it was the period of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and was able to complete her first year online. She added that when she started her second year, she started applying to other university.
