The Ondo State High Court on Wednesday has ordered the state House of Assembly to reinstate Mr Iroju Ogundeji as the deputy speaker of the Assembly.

The leadership of the House in 2020 removed Ogundeji as a deputy speaker of the Assembly following his disagreement with the House leadership.

After his removal, the Assembly later appointed Mr Samuel Aderoboye as the deputy speaker. The latter was still occupying the position until the court judgment on Wednesday.
