Following the demand of N100 million ransom for the release of the Emure-Ekiti kidnapped victims by their abductors, efforts by the Eporo-Ekiti community to meet the demand of the kidnappers appeared to have hit the rock as at late yesterday’s evening.
Sources in Eporo-Ekiti revealed that the community and families of the victims were only able to raise a paltry sum of N450,000, a far cry from the N100m ransom being demanded by the kidnappers.
