Telecommunications giant, Globacom has commissioned another Gloworld outlet in Ibadan bringing its customer experience centers in the ancient city to six.
Globacom’s Head of Sales Operations, West, Mr. Akeem Yusuf disclosed at the official opening of the outlet on Thursday that the company will continue to enhance its provision of excellent sales and service infrastructure in a bid to enrich customers’ experience and consolidate our position as a pacesetter in the Nigerian telecommunication industry.
He further posited that the provision of the new, bespoke one-stop shop is in fulfillment of the company’s desire to reduce customers’ waiting time at its shops especially as its customer base has increased astronomically over the years.

Yusuf explained that the shop is as well, among the new generation of exquisitely designed contact centres, meant to offer Globacom’s products and services in a well-equipped and highly conducive ambiance for its customers whom the brand holds in high esteem.
The State Deputy Governor, Chief Adebayo Lawal who was Special Guest of Honour at the commissioning described Globacom as a trailblazer in Nigeria’s telecommunications industry. “It is to the credit of Globacom that all and sundry in the country now have access to telecommunications services”
He added that Globacom has proven its commitment to the provision of seamless telecommunications services to Nigerians and enjoined other businesses in Nigeria to emulate the good reputation that the company has built over the years.
