It was gathered that Jandor, during an interview on Arise TV on Wednesday, said his refusal to accept the former deputy chairman of PDP as his godfather earned the LP candidate his support.

Adediran noted that he fought godfatherism in APC and met a similar case in PDP, notwithstanding he was able to secure the party’s governorship ticket without any support from some PDP chieftains.

He claimed that George also tried to sell Rhodes-Vivour to him as a running mate after he clinched the party’s ticket which he refused.
